Martha specializes in leadership development, executive coaching, team building and facilitation. She also leads The Exchange - A Forum for Women Leaders, providing networking and development opportunities for professional women.

Prior to joining the Bailey Group, Martha founded Carlson Coaching and Consulting. She also spent 15 years as an executive in the financial services industry leading a variety of functions and business units.
